I thoroughly enjoyed the charming hotel.
They provided a delicious and great breakfast with decent bacon. The setting was great, just next door to the sea front and a secure gated garden.

Patrick

Amicable staff ensures you spend a great time here. The ambiance is quiet. They offer spotless, airy rooms with a personal touch with an art deco theme, bathroom plus a rear garden view.

I spent our time here lovely. The room was newly decorated and reasonably large and equipped with biscuits as well as a large comfy bed. The location was particularly good for me, to the theatre I had booked for a show. To be honest I loved how friendly the staff is, would return anytime.

Wonderful and absolutely superb breakfast to star a day with decent bacon. Lovely location in a beautiful old manor house with a history dating back hundreds of years, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Great Yarmouth centre.

Bobby
The venue is nicely decorated and comfortable with amicable staff. The rooms are airy and high-class with a lounge and coffee. The cost is £ 56. The location is wonderful and incredible, close enough to the pleasure beach, a good restaurant and the piers and arcades.

The breakfast looked enjoyable, with decent bacon, unfortunately we didn't have time and didn't try it. The location was quiet and lovely, just a short walk away from Venetian Waterway Gardens.

Graham
A very well decorated and reasonably priced room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful location to Sea Life Great Yarmouth. Positioned in the nice quiet area, really close to a quieter residential area, through the elegantly restored Venetian gardens to the piers and arcades.

Nicely presented hotel, convenient location, themed and fully-equipped rooms. Location close enough to the park as well as a beautiful old manor house with a history dating back hundreds of years. Also, in a cafe with so much choice.
